-A circular rack. It is the system present on the market with the first machines. It need frequent adjustments and maintenance, due to the water and stone powder located on the rack during processing.

The reason why it exists one or two mobile groups is that to have a better result the first wheels ( diamond ) must have a different movement than the polishing wheels. The granite or marble moves on a belt
Because the machine uses cup wheels for the edges ( flat, round..) the quality is very good. Depending the suppliers but some options are available -Secong wheels on stone bevel Useful if you want to have large polished bevels with good speed.
-One diamond wheel for stone calibration at the machine inlet. -One or more cutting disk on the top -One rocking spindle to work with a disk on the stone edge or to work with a peripheral wheel.
The spindles can be directly connected on the motors or with a belt. The wheels cooling can be done by the spindle center or from ouside. The lubrification systeme can be centralized or not and automatic or not.
Due to the cooling water the motor for the mobile groups are on the best machines hydraulic. The machine managing is done from a screen. It is important to have a flexible software ( able to create all king of edge) and easy to learn and to use.
