Double glazing lines. Other equipments
To carry out double glazing, moreover the line and the pumps other subsidiary machines are required.
The aluminium profile saw.
Manual or automatic machine able to cut the aluminium profile bars
Salt feeding equipment
To feed with salt the profiles or the frames.
The market proposes semi manual machines and also fully automatic systems with a lot of possibilities for exemple:
Independent desiccant filling station for bent spacer frames
Quick and reliable filling due to double-sided drilling into spacer backside
Automatic sealing of the drilling holes with butyl
Fully automated filling of the frames
Time optimised filling process because the frame is filled and transported simultaneously
Suitable for frames made of aluminium, stainless steel and plastic
Automated transfer of the frames to the butyl robots
the curving spacer system
To give to the aluminium profile the right shape. Depending the production you can have from a small manual system up to a fully automatic installation with separate downstream feeding station. Very often supplied with the following machine.
The frame builder
To built the frame before the butyl application
Here also a lot of possibilities.
Combined spacer-bending robot for operation with separate downstream feeding station
Possible to choose different profiles (plastic, aluminium or stainless steel)
Bending possible for all corners
Double-head spacer saw for a variety of materials
Possibility to use continuous spacer bars
The Butyler
This machine put the butyl coating on the two sides of the frame, rectangular or shaped.
It can use spacers from 5 up to 24 mm width, with frame guiding for a proper application.
But now moderm profiles are already supplied with butyl
Gas filling system
To improve the double glazing efficiency the adding of a gas instead air between the two glasses are more and more required. This possibility was firstly proposed in north Europe.
The gas can be Argon, Krypton or a gas mixture.
To the gas filling system is added a control system to measure the gas percentage inside the two glasses
