Double glazing lines. Important production
Here we speak about lines able to carry out between 300 and 800 pieces and more for 8 hours working.
There are machines and lines more and more fully automated. The main lines components are the same than for middle size production (washing machine, frames positioning, coupling press) but they are more automated with some component (gas filling..) integrated inside the line.
On these lines only exist press with plate because the quality coupling is better than the one done with a press with rolls.
The arrival of some new technologies and products (warm edge, flexible Spacer Bars..)have introduced on the market new innovative equipment.
To reach so important productivity in double glazing manufacturing the machines must work very fast which means a change in the machinery design (4 brushes pairs washing machines, frame assembling + press coupling + gas filling + test carried out inside the same machine, flexible spaces bars positioning with automatic thickness changes, sealing automatic done at the end of the line…)
Before the washing machine it is possible to add a low e grinder machine in case this operation was not done on the cutting table.
It is also possible to add some additional devices on the line (scanner to check the glass after the washing machine…).
