Offre d’emploi : Technicien SAV et Formateur Itinérant H/F

 

BIESSE FRANCE Biesse France, est une filiale française du Groupe Biesse, leader mondial dans la production de machines-outils et d'équipements techniques pour l'usinage du bois, du verre, de la pierre et des matériaux composites.

 

Nous recherchons des Techniciens et/ ou des chargés de formation SAV itinérants pour montage, maintenance préventive ou curative du parc machines français, et/ou pour la formation de nos machines auprès de nos clients.

 

Vous intégrez une entreprise Leader en pleine croissance, composée d’une équipe d'environ 40 techniciens itinérants supportés par 8 hotliners.

Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer les activités et les missions suivantes :

En tant que technicien Itinérant :

• Le montage et la mise en route de machines spéciales,

• Et/ ou la maintenance curative ou préventive,

En tant que chargé de formation/ formateur itinérant :

• L’optimisation des procédés de fabrication de la clientèle (stratégies d’usinage, choix des outils, programmation…)

• La formation de la clientèle pour l’utilisation de machines C.N. et des logiciels

• L'assistance téléphonique

• La participation aux salons nationaux ou internationaux

 

Profil recherché:

• Vous avez déjà une expérience, idéalement sur machines spéciales ou outils.

• Vous aimez l'itinérance (environ 50.000 km/an) et cela ne vous dérange pas de vous absenter du lundi matin au vendredi soir de chez vous.

• Vous avez été opérateur et/ou formateur sur commandes numériques. • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en mécanique, pneumatique et électricité.

• Idéalement, vous connaissez le processus d'usinage du bois, du verre, ou de la pierre et des matériaux composites.

• Vous parlez idéalement Anglais ou italien. Un niveau correct vous serait nécessaire pour lire les notices et manuels d'utilisation, et idéalement pour suivre des formations en Italie.

Guardian glass for the Lyon Hotel Dieu

Guardian Glass was specified for almost all parts of the buildings, notably the new Canopée (skylight) and the buildings’ double skin facades.

The Grand Hôtel-Dieu was originally a public hospital that operated for more than eight centuries in the city of Lyon. In 2018, after six years of renovation, the hotel is deemed a Monument Historique (national heritage site) and is considered the most important privately-led conversion project of an historic monument in France. In addition to the luxury hotel, it houses boutiques, offices and restaurants, as well as the now public historical gardens.

 

Didier Repellin, from the architectural firm RL & Associés, oversaw the project. As honorary Chief Architect of Historical Monuments and a member of the French Heritage Society (among other titles), he was the perfect choice for the renovation of the buildings and the grounds. His vision was to make use of the history of the city to embellish the ancient buildings and has done so by respecting the history of the Hôtel-Dieu while giving back the grounds to the inhabitants of Lyon.

 

Guardian Glass was specified for almost all parts of the buildings, notably the new Canopée (skylight) and the buildings’ double skin facades. Made with Guardian SunGuard® SN 70/37 Ultra, the Canopée overlooks the inner courtyard and gives light to the renovation works, while the windows and facades of the hotel and boutiques have all been fitted with Guardian SunGuard® HD Neutral 67 to allow for an ideal balance between light transmission and solar factor.

 

 

Glass chemical tempering

 

1/Reasons and advantages for glass chemical tempering

The chemical tempering is used when the thermal tempering meets some limits. It is the case for :

-Small glass thickness

Even if some suppliers offer now machines able to temper 2 mm thickness glass, the chemical tempering in this case give better results.

 

-Curved glass

The chemical tempering is done with a temperature around 400°C which don’t change the glass geometrical shape

This is particularly important when teh curved glass has to be laminated after tempering.

-The optical quality

Chemical tempering gives better result than thermal tempering when a high optical quality is required.

 

-More important hardness required

The chemical tempering increases between 4 and 10 times the hardness obtained from thermal tempering.

 

-No glass surface distorsions.

Miroiterie & Carpentry Aunis

Renamed Miroiterie & Carpentry Aunis, the company located in Lagord (17) near La Rochelle, was inaugurated on November 15 with a new logo, a new visual identity, a new website and a new leader that we have interviewed at the end of his first day of recovery in early October.

Journey of an entrepreneur of the mirror-joinery

" I am happy ; it's going well and I'm in my element "congratulates Dorothée Leneuf-Blaise at the end of her first day of recovery. In the miroiterie for ten years, the new leader defines herself as "atypical". After a master's degree in economics and ten years in an accounting firm, she joined GBM, a manufacturer of Cekal-certified insulating glass units, PVC joiners from the Rehau range and Technal certified aluminum manufacturer in Limoges (87). She will be the administrative and financial director for three years.

"After the judicial liquidation of GBM we took over the company in the form of cooperative, with colleagues who appointed me manager," she explains. GBM had a turnover of four million euros with 40 employees in 2017, but after five years as head of the company, it resigned, perhaps a bit cramped with the decision-making procedures inherent to S.C.O.P. The entrepreneur then embarked on an e-commerce project in the miroiterie. Employee director of the company, the relations with the shareholders do not leave him the decision space that it expected. "In January 2018, I found myself unemployed and I decided to be alone at the helm this time, and to look for a company to take over."

A drumming drive

Originally from New Aquitaine, this region will focus his research. "On the BPI website, there is a business transfer and takeover announcement service. I answered one of them which indicated "joineries aluminum and miroiterie, a true know-how". I sent my resume, signed the confidentiality undertaking; I knew they were at La Rochelle and Aluminiers Charged Technal: it's an image, a commercial force, a technical know-how and I was myself in Limoges, I knew very well the product, the provider. So I visited the miroiterie early May.

The company is not in trouble; taken over 12 years ago, it achieves a turnover of 1.2 million euros with 10 employees but its leaders want to change their life at the dawn of their 40 years. Dorothée Leneuf-Blaise, who has 42, signs an agreement at the beginning of the summer, "the time to set up the structure, to find funding".

Winner of the Réseau Entreprendre, which supports and accompanies it as well as Initiative Charente-Maritime, she was able to benefit from loans and also integrate local networks: "I do not know La Rochelle and a woman who buys a mirror company- carpentry there is not every day so I had to reassure employees as well as my financial and institutional partners that I had come to live in La Rochelle, that I was not there to manage a two days a week, "says the manager.

Give a new impetus to the company

After a phase of observation in the field last September, the roadmap of the new leader is clear: revitalize the company, modernize its image, give it a new impetus. "I presented my roadmap to employees. I presented them with a new logo, a new visual identity, they had an immediate overview of the image I wanted to give to the company. And they are very happy, very active, they got to work right away. The obsession of the employees of a company taken over is to fall on someone who does not know the job. Now I know the miroiterie and the carpentry alu: we immediately spoke the same language, we talked about building sites, suppliers, products, achievements, problems of customers and when we speak the same language it sticks immediately "explains t ' she.

Key objective for the coming year: "rehabilitate the production tool". Purchase premises, equip them with tools and set up a team. From the point of view of hiring a journeyman apprentice, aged 16, has just joined the troops a week after taking office Dorothée Leneuf-Blaise who welcomes it because train and transmit the know-how is part of his ambitions.

Recall that the company Rochelaise manufactures and installs aluminum Technal joinery for a client base of 60% private individuals and develops a business trading and cutting single glazing, replacement of breakage, work mirrors (shower screen, credence etc ... ) for the mirroring part. Its new leader aims for two million euros

Machines to carry out coloured glass.

 

The coloured glasses are more and more popular on the market, mainly for the furniture market (tables, kitchen …).

The glass colouration is generally done on only one face, from time to time for the edge and the second face.

This is done with 2 steps: the colouration and the treatment to fix the color on (or inside) the glass.

For the colouration there are 3 main processing machines (coming from wood colouration)

The curtain

A curtain of liquid drops on the glass to colour with 2 various technologies.

The lips machines: the curtain drop on the glass between two rubber lips. The distance between the lids adjusts the width for the curtain. It is the more efficient technology allowing a steady coating.

The overflowing machines

The flow is adjusted with different devices depending the machines supplierss

-The rolls

The glass passes under one or several rolls (rolls assembling), generally engraved (the coloured product is inside the groove), and this way, the enamel is put on the glass surface.

-The gun

The enamel is powdered on the glass with a gun with two different ways.

-The glass is on a belt which moves inside the area where the guns are.

-The glass is located on a fix plate and the machine software manages the guns moving. It is possible to have several glasses to colour together on the same fix plate.

The curtains and rolls equipment are for important series due to the time to clean the network (tank, pipes, rolls..) to change the colour.

The gun system is more for sole units or small series (but in this case the glass edge has to be protected) or when you want also to color the glass edge.

These machines come directly from the wood machine markets and the main machines suppliers come from this market.
