New president for Biesse America, stone division
Intermac, Biesse Group's leading manufacturer of high-tech CNC machines for glass and stone, has announced that Michele Ragno accepted the position of vice-president of sales for the stone division of Intermac America and Intermac Canada. With over 25 years in the industry, Ragno's strong management, technical and application background, as well as his extensive knowledge in programming CNC machines will be a great value to customers. Ragno's duties include managing and developing the direct sales force, developing a strong dealer network, setting budgets, supporting marketing efforts to improve the Intermac brand communications and assuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in North America.

I was born in 1973 in Bègles. France
After spending deug Mathematics at the University of Bordeaux, I met a former companion stonemason who taught me the gestures of the trade.
For ten years I have worked with artisans in Gironde.
In 2006, I chose to be independent artist.
I discovered the marble sculpture by participating in symposia in the Pyrenees.
Today, I shape the stones and marbles in my studio in Sainte Croix du Mont, and every achievement is a unique and personalized work.
To live in this business, you have to be versatile, and my education allows me to respond to all requests in the area of the creation or restoration.
