BAVELLONI SPA SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION
OF GLASTON MEXICO
On October 31, 2019 Bavelloni SpA finalized the acquisition of all (100%) of the shares of Glaston Mexico S.A. de C.V., a company of the Glaston Group.
Glaston Mexico, whose company name will become Bavelloni Mexico, is a business based in Guadalajara (Mexico) specializing in the sales and service of Bavelloni products and in the sales of Glaston HT machines.
The Company has been operating for more than 25 years, installing over 1000 machines in Mexico and other Central American countries.
The purchase of the Mexican subsidiary represents a milestone in Bavelloni's strategic plan, as it will allow the direct management of both commercial and after-sales activities in a very important area of the world.
Bavelloni Mexico will continue to be managed by Matteo Gherseni who successfully ran the subsidiary over the last ten years.
At the same time as the acquisition, an agency contract was also finalized enabling Bavelloni Mexico to continue promoting Glaston HT products in Mexico and Central America as the Official Agent for the Finnish brand.
The collaboration between Glaston and Bavelloni will continue unchanged also in Italy, where Bavelloni SpA is Glaston Official Agent, as well as in Brazil and Singapore, where Glaston operates as Bavelloni Official Distributor.

The BHW model proposed by BEST MAKİNA is a horizontal washer in stainless steel, capable of washing glasses of all types (laminated glasses, low-E ...) It is characterized by a wide choice of washing width on order of 1600mm, 2000mm, 2250mm, 2600, 2800m, 3000mm and 3300mm. With high-pressure water pre-washing section, digitally controlled glass thickness adjusting system, various types of type brushes (layered glass), automatic lifting of the upper machine body, speed control for the conveyor and the washing zone. Controlled by PLC and control panel by "touch screen";

The first sector is flat glass processing with 39.7% of the total. Next are hollow glass with 19.7%, special and technical glass with 15.1%, flat glass production with 10.4%, fiberglass with 10.1% and tableware production with 5.1 %
Saint Gobain enters on shower cabins
Saint-Gobain Verrerie Aurys in Normandy has developped a full range of showers including decors, in order to match all interior style and design of bathrooms for homes or hotels. Those decors are also applicable to glass doors, produced at Aurys. Already distributed in France/ BNL/ Nordics, we are looking to boost our export markets. Design, quality , logistic services/ working with key partners , are our priorities.

YALOS BAVELLONI SRL IS BORN
Yalos Bavelloni Srl is born: a new reality specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-end machinery for flat glass washing.
Yalos Bavelloni, the majority of which belongs to Bavelloni SpA, was created in partnership with Claudio Cigoli and Paolo Pezzoli in order to develop the widest range of solutions for flat glass washing and drying. The Company product range includes both standard models, such as horizontal and vertical washing machines, available in all sizes and configurations as well as customized solutions and special applications to meet any market need.
Danilo Cigoli, Managing Director, will lead Yalos Bavelloni with the aim of developing the Company internationally thanks to the synergies with Bavelloni and with its sales network.
Danilo Cigoli and Yalos Bavelloni shareholders have an extensive know-how and experience in flat glass processing and in particular in the washing and drying processes; their skills integrate in a complementary way into the organization of Bavelloni SpA.
Yalos Bavelloni and the machinery for glass washing and drying represent a milestone in the strategic plan of Bavelloni SpA towards the completion of the product offering.
