Clestra en redressement judiciaire
Le fabricant alsacien de cloisons en verre Clestra Hauserman, plombé par la situation économique et victime d'une cyberattaque massive, a été placé début août en redressement judiciaire pour six mois.
"On a ouvert une procédure de redressement judiciaire", a indiqué à l'AFP le greffe de la chambre commerciale du tribunal judiciaire de Strasbourg. Selon la CGT, majoritaire dans l'entreprise, cette période de redressement a été fixée à six mois, alors que l'entreprise avait demandé le 25 juillet à être placée en redressement pour trois mois.
Acteur important dans son secteur, Clestra, fabricant de cloisons de bureau et de "salles blanches", emploie quelque 700 personnes dans le monde mais cette décision de redressement ne concerne que ses 400 salariés français, dont 300 travaillent à Illkirch-Graffenstaden, dans la banlieue de Strasbourg. Sollicitée par l'AFP, la direction a indiqué "ne pas souhaiter faire de commentaires".

En dépit d'un carnet de commandes de 4 mois, Clestra a besoin de financements de l’ordre de 10 à 15 millions d’Euros, notamment après une cyberattaque "massive" subie par l'entreprise en avril qui lui a coûté entre "2 et 3 millions d'euros" et a longuement perturbé son activité, avait expliqué à l'AFP Amar Ladraa, membre CGT du CSE et responsable de la CGT Métallurgie Grand Est. Clestra est aussi en procès avec le bailleur de ses locaux d'Illkirch qui entend quasiment doubler le loyer annuel, actuellement de 1,3 million d'euros, selon M. Ladraa. Au total, l'entreprise aurait besoin "de 10 à 15 millions d'euros", avait-il estimé.
Clestra a en outre a été pénalisé par la perte de contrats.
Clestra, qui a rejoint en 2018 le groupe sud-coréen KC Green Holdings, a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 145 millions d'euros en 2021. En février, l'entreprise avait pris le contrôle de PPG Cleanroom, un concepteur et constructeur de "salles blanches" pour l'industrie, aux atmosphères très contrôlées, devenant un acteur de poids dans ce secteur.
Fondée en 1913 à Cleveland, aux Etats-Unis, avant de s'implanter en Alsace, l'entreprise avait déjà été placée en redressement en 2013. 150 emplois avaient été supprimés. Le groupe est devenu français en 1989 sous le nom de Clestra (contraction de CLEveland et STRAsbourg).

Visitors will appreciate the ease of use, speed and precision of our vertical drilling/milling center which has become quite popular in just a few years. VDM 1636 CN features a single working station fitted with one double drilling head and rotating tool storage (8+8 position) capable of multiple tasks: drilling, countersinking, milling and notch griding. Thanks to its features, it is the ideal choice for producing doors and for architectural applications. It also comes with a functionality for machining parallelograms and off-square shapes which make it suitable for staircase railings and balustrades. The model on show will be provided with drilling bit presetting and redressing for enhanced automation.
Also on display, our straight-line mitering machine model Bavelloni VE 500 V10. This straight-line edger, specifically designed for heavy glass sheets (up to 350 kg/m), can grind flat edge with arrises and chamfers with variable angles (0° - 45°). It features a robust structure, double drive conveyor, wide touch-screen control panel and separated inlet arm motorization (Jumbo mode) to load large panes while the machine is working. VE 500 V10 can be customized with several options for different requirements, such as: higher racks and/or longer arms, HiWash washing machine integrated in the outlet arm, cerium polishing kit and different connectivity possibilities including teleservice, like the model on show. Our equipment is Industry 4.0 ready therefore it can be easily connected to and exchange useful data with the customer’s ERP system.

Techni Waterjet will be showcasing Techni Waterjet i510 – G2, belonging to the Intec-G2® Series, a range of precise, easy-to-operate, safe and highly reliable waterjet cutting machines capable of cutting almost any material to 200 mm (8”) thick. This machinery features an innovative pumping technology, QuantumTM Electric Servo Pump (ESP), designed by Techni to combine the advantages of traditional pumps while avoiding their drawbacks. QuantumTM ESP is the only waterjet pump using just the power required for any given pressure and flow rate.
