Very strong growth in Internet sales of wheels for mirrors machines.
Vedip, the first European site (French origin) Internet sales of Italian wheels for mirrors machines saw its revenues for the second 2019 quarter increased by more than 67 %.
The strategy developed by Vedip to propose, in partnership with a leading Italian manufacturers of wheels and diamond core drills for glass, very competitive prices for working only on the Internet, detailed fact sheets with photos, standard wheels made by manufacturers / Machines / Positions, alternative wheels and a telephone support seems to meet the needs of the market in Europe mirrors.
The site already has 1741 tools now online continues to improve the technical data of the tools and the number of referenced machinery (over a hundred).

The Mir Stekla glass show in Moscou will now takes place from 7-06-2021 to 10-06-2021. The event will focuses on flat glass production, machines and tools.
The Spanish group Pujol buys an EVA manufacturing unit in A Coruña
The oven manufacturer for laminated glass with EVA interlayer has purchased an entire EVA film manufacturing unit located in A Coruña, Evasa.
This manufacturer was already its supplier of EVA.
This acquisition is accompanied by investments to increase production capacities and launch new dimensions of EVA films.

The Lyon mirror maker Tecni-bombage (which recently changed hands) presents a digital printing solution on curved glass.
New manager for Swisspacer
the Swiss manufacturer of warm edge spacer bars announces a generational change. Andreas Geith, former managing director of SWISSPACER, will retire end of May 2020. His successor is Victoria Renz-Kiefel, coming from Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions.
